The Fonds d'Entraide et de Solidarité Internationale (FESI) - Mutual Aid and International Solidarity Fund - is a Christian social solidarity organization created in 2012 to give an equal opportunity to children and young people living on the streets.
Our organization wants to help them heal from their injuries, develop their skills, receive training and achieve financial independence.
These people are the young people of Montreal who live on the streets, the children of the orphanages of Bamako, Ndowé and of any other country requiring this ray of hope, which will restore their taste for life. We do it because we love, love is our driving force and we manifest it through concrete actions.
The target clienteles we help are children and young people.
Our Mission
FESI is an organization whose initial mission is to support job creation, access to education and access to healthcare for populations living in disadvantaged areas of sub-Saharan African cities, especially for abandoned children and orphans. This mission was enhanced when we were challenged by the situations also experienced by street youth in Montreal, which are similar to the issues on which we operate in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Our Vision
Give equal opportunities to disadvantaged populations, whether this disadvantage is economic, educational, emotional or in terms of health, by meeting their needs so that they can develop, flourish and become independent on all fronts.
Our agency has been present for over 30 years. We make the best for all our children.
What We Do

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back, and if he lifted his head a little he could see his brown belly.
